1.Q: I bought  a Toyota tester IT2 from xcardiag; it fails to work with my car s from 2000-2006 year, but it works with the car models which is not 2000-2006?
A: It depends on what the models of you car, Toyota tester IT2 only works with Suzuki from North America market, doesn't works with Suzuki from others. 
Toyota IT2 works with most model of Toyota made after 2000 and can work withLexus also.

2.Q: It is weird that mine is Toyota, why it won't work either?
A: I send you Toyota IT2 software version 2013, worth a shot.

3.Q: Does it have the function of reading a smart key’s information?
A: It can program keys, but it cannot read a smart key’s information.

4.Q: I bought it before. What should I do if I want to upgrade the software?
