You totally don't need to worried about the download attachments, which have not  attacking virus,they are safe to your cumputer. If the anti-virus software show that our attachment (especially .exe .zip .rar) containing virus,just relax, please uninstall or close anti-virus software before you download these files, else these .exe .zip files will not gonna work any more before you run them, if that happen you can contact with our customer service to resend you the software. 

Notes:

1. Be sure that  anti-virus software is disabled or closed
Please be attention,anti-virus software will treat our software as some kinds of virus. But that doesn't mean our software is virus,it is due to the software containing the application file. So, Before you inistall the device software, please disable/close all anti-virus software or install a more reliable free virus scanner! Our software is completely safe and virus free and all other virus scanners can identify.

 If the software data is destroyed or lost because you forget to disable or close anti-virus software, please contact our customer service, we will resend you CD or send you the software online

2. Windows XP is required
Make sure that the device software setup and work under windows XP.Or the device software and program will broken or have trouble.
